Here’s me! This is my business inbox that really isn’t very busy at all, and it’s very heavily skewed toward… garbage?
Perhaps I’m a bit salty there, but I suspect most of us are when we’re getting solicited constantly.

Chris, what email client are you using here?
It’s called Front.
https://front.com/
Ah, cool, I thought it looked familiar. I’ve been trying to drum up a bit of interest for using Front at work instead of a ticketing system. Seems like it ticks quite a lot of boxes for what I want for an email focused customer service “system”. How are you finding it?
What client are you using there, Chris?
I was surprised that you didn’t seem to delete anything. Why archive all those things that you’ve said you don’t want?
I probably should!
I’m just got so much muscle memory for only-archive-never-delete.
I loved this video, Chris! It’s very relatable and makes me feel like I’m not alone in the inbox struggle. 🙂
I’m mostly afraid to go bup-bup-bup in inbox just for the off-chance that I don’t delete something relevant or genuine.
Totally relate to this. I made the mistake of putting Chief Technology Officer in LinkedIn for a non-profit board I’m on and I just get hammered with these emails. Not to mention phone calls(!) (not sure how they get my number).
@zoran, truth! I’ve flown by some legit email leads. 🤦♂️ Luckily my business partner has caught them in the past.
@Ryan Must be nice to have a partner that tackles the inbox with you!
But I imagine this comes with a whole set of new challenges. 🙂
