I said:

Go slow. Stop when it starts feeing overwhelming/bad. Unsubscribe/adjust settings as you go.

A war worth winning.

If you absolutely must, archive the whole pile and resolve to stay on top of it going forward.

I have yet to see technology thrown at this problem to fix it. It’s a situation of needing to invent a triage system that works for you and honestly fighting against incoming stuff with no value.
